The videos should be in mpeg-4 format. Try using SUPER as converter (google it). i belive this is the best and is easier to use =]
it has an option that converts the videos to the right PSP video format.

My son's new Sony Walkman NWZ-A728 suddenly won't play videos. I loaded one on to it from a stored file (in Realplayer, then Windows Media Player) but although it played this initially, suddenly it said...

Are the videos in the right format? The format that works for the mp3 is MP4 video. you must convert your videos using a mp4 converter.
i use winavi ipod converter (works with nwz a728)

Hope This Helps!

Can't convert mp4 files through Creative Zen video converter

Creative Zen has its own video format, so you need a thrid party video converter to convert videos to the format fit for your player.
Here I recommend you try Wondershare Video Converter Platinum, which could convert between all popular Video formats ( AVI, MKV, MP4, WMV, FLV, MPEG etc.) that support all popular portable media players (such as Creative Zen, Zune/Zune HD, iPod/iPhone and PSP) and the latest iPod Nano 5G, iPod Touch 3, iPhone 3GS/OS 3.1.
