Simply open your contacts and go to menu there you can find a option import or export .In that option go to export to mmc card and wait for some time your contacts will be saved in mmc card as dot vcf (.vcf) file.
Hi it's easier I made it from Nokia C3 to Samsung S3 copy your Nokia contacts to SD card Put your Sd card in your S3 in the contact menu of S3 and choose import/export then select import from your Cd card At last, chosse either one or all contacts and it's submit it All my contacts number were copied :) with this action
You see, I'm running Gingerbread 2.3.4 on my Defy for some time now, and I'm sorry for not being able to remember how it is done under Eclair or Froyo, but in Gingerbread, the Contacts application is a tab on the dialer one. Anyway, in the Contacts tab, if I go to 'Menu > Manage contacts', there are settings for exporting/importing contacts to/from the SD card. When exporting, a vcf file is generated in the SD card. When importing, a vcf is searched. So, for compatibility matters, I think you should use the Wildfire to export all your contacts, remove the SD card from the Wildfire, insert it into the Defy, and import your contacts from that file.
Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you out any further.
Regards,
Carlos
you have to go to contact then you have to go management then you can see the option copy all click on that to copy all contact to another sim or device
you can do that by installing a mobile synchronization program on your PC like Nokia phone sweet or other program.
then use the program to transfere you files and contact to the PC in any format you want (VCF, xls, txt, ...)

2. rebooting BB5 class phones such as 6630,6680,6681, N series usually require full reformatting. try visiting your local non-Nokia/independent service stations.
