You can't change your email name from Hotmail. However, you can just create a new email and link it to your current Facebook account.

Assuming you use the Apple Mail program to send your emails, this is an easy change.
In Mail, select Mail/Preferences, then select the Accounts tab if it's not already selected. For each account in the left hand column, click on the account, then change your name in the Full Name field to whatever you want.
