Hello
I believe the ink cartridge should have ink but not sufficient for printing, if the cartridge is expensive why dont you re-fill it, re-filling is very low cost option.
Also clean the contacts of cartridge from both ends.
Hope this helps, if so do rate the solution
Good Luck
u can use a original cartige for longer period of time by just refilling it before low ink level of the cartige by doing this you can use a cartige for maximum no of time as original cartige is used for once but you can again use that cartige
It seems your courtige do'nt support in your printer. To continu your printing you need to replace ink cartige. In older cartige you may try the following tecnique:
1. Open your unsupported in cartige.
2. Take a pice of tissue paper and wip smothly both the connector plate and cartige head.
thank you.
So as MUKHTAR states, do not refill cartiges when they are TOO EMPTY as most of the new printers have a sensor in the cartige that tells when it is empty. and when that sensor fills that the cartige is empty, it stays that way, no matter how much you refill it.
on the laser printers, when you refill your toner cartige there also is a chip that is changed (the sensor) because once that sensor feels that the cartige is empty you will not be able to use that cartige anymore.
make a very small hole on the cartrige where there are stickers to pour ink. some times the track holes are blocked and cartige cannot make the ink gravitate down on paper because of negative pressure in catrige if above procedure fails , pour a little asopropane alcohol about 10 drops with a ink syringe, this will dilute the thick ink the holes on the head are blocked some times so apply isopropane alcohol rub the cartige very gently on a isopropane tissue paper .even a face cleaner which has isopropane on it can help you..i mean tissues with isopropane you also have to **** the head like just what we do for writing ink pens when the ink dries our\t
dear sir
it's a cartig problem may be yr cartig is SHORT it means it's circut is damage or not work so yr printer is not recognize that time yr printer understand that there is no cartig avalable so try to replace yr cartig it's help u
take out the cartige and if you can take out the cartige holders ( try to reach for the place where the ink flows out) spray it with a glass cleaning solution and let it pass inside where the ink pases and believe it or not it will clean properly the ink passages. try to clean the bottom of the cartige too.
some 1 trid it infront of me and it worked.
ps: an unproper positioning of the cartige will cause the printer not to work.
the problem you all have could be from the ink cartige or from the ink cartige holder , take out the cartige from the printer , if you can take out the cartige holder out too , spray the cartige holder with a glass cleaning solution so it pours out from its bottom side , spray the ink cartige bottom , wipe it with a tissue then swing it hardly downwards so ink is poured from its bottom then wipe it with a tissue .
