I am having trouble connecting the external fiery E200-02 to the bizhub. All the cables are connected and the software switch is set in the bizhub but I get an error saying controller unconnected?

I've seen plenty of these issues with Fiery's connected to all manner of printers.

Actually, 016 errors are network related issues. The 387 usually indicate an issue with tthe switch device that the fiery is connected to and not the fiery itself. Get the connection from the fiery to the switch checked out and also the port status on the switch itself. Also recycle the Xerox and Fiery and you may also have to recycle the network switch as well.

You should have a color separation guide with small gray scale from Kodak. You put the gray scale and the calibration sheet on the glass and follow the instructions from the fiery display.
