If only one outlet in the bedroom is dead, there are two things it may be: the outlet may be controlled from the wall switch, or the outlet may be in line with a gfci outlet in another room. check the nearest bathroom outlet.
Locate your circuit panel, and check your fuses/circuit breakers.

To reset, remember: All the way to OFF position first, then flip towards ON.
