Go to Adobe.com. Select flash for Mac. Click download. Wait for download to complete in ur download icon on top right of screen. Click icon. Double click the download. Close safari. Follow on screen directions. Good luck
Very Easy Solution.
1. Go To Adobes Website where they have their Flash Player Plug-In Download. Here is the web link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
2. See Attached Picture For Instructions.
---1 Select Your Operating System, and on second drop down Select latest version of Flash for your Operating System.
---2 Click Download Now...the Installer will download to your Downloads folder by Default.
---3 Double click on Installer to Run it and follow Simple Directions.

Adobe will automatically notify you of updates when they become available.
Adobe Flash Player will only install when Safari is not running. This is normal. Adobe Flash Player uses a separate installer that will install Flash independently.
You should go to the follow site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download flash, run the installer and flash should be up to date. You may also need to update your browsers. I'd recommend either FireFox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome or Safari http://www.apple.com/safari/

There are 2 ways you can do it. 1. From Adobe website, click Download now and it will self install: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ 2. If you are behind a proxy/firewall, it may not work, so you need to get a standalone version from a software website like Softpedia for Windows: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WEB-Design/Flash/Macromedia-Flash-Player.shtml
