Usually if my right blinker is flashing fast it means one of my right blinkers is not working either front or back right side. Not sure but I know every vehicle I have ever had was like that. One blinders not working the other flashes fast, on the dash also.

The marker ("running") lights are a separate circuit than the signal lights.
Normally you have a tail light, and the front running lights on with the headlight.
The bulbs used in the rear signal lights would be a single filament 1156 bulb, whereas the bulbs in the front are dual filament, one for turn signal, one for running light.
Check front brake switch. It might be bad. Check the rear brake switch also. and make sure the rear tail light bulb is installed right. Hope this was helpfull. MOPAR KENNY
Start with a new brake\tail bulb, then try unplugging the front brake switch on the handle bars , then try unplugging the rear brake switch. one of these options should locate a problem
190e light switch turned counter clockwise all the way to the left is for left front and rear parking light.turn switch clockwise 1 position and the right parking and tail light will be on,turn 1 more position clockwise and all lights will be off. if lights continue to be on replace light switch
