I replaced all of the ink cassettes with Hp but the printer will not pick up the paper and print.

I have a fix-all solution for you ink-jet printer people(only if it not a plotter). If it doesnt work after replacing an ink-cartrdge or print-head, through it away (recycle it) and by a LASER PRINTER. FIXED

Replace the Fuser.

Might be paper pick up roller warn out, clean or replace it.. For tech guys only: check for separation pad acting while service station performing? if not remove service station check separation pad leaver notch not in proper position in service station, position it. remove total mechanism up to pick up assm.. check pick up roller spring.. tension the spring. fix it back.. verify the print ...

steps:
(a) driving a pickup roller, picking up printing paper stacked in a paper cassette, and then, feeding the picked up printing paper to an image forming unit
(b) after picking up the printing paper in step (a), checking to determine whether or not the printing paper has been fed to the image forming unit(c) when it has been determined in step (b) that the printing paper has not been fed and a paper feed error has been generated, again driving the pickup roller, so as to attempt to pick up the printing paper stacked in the paper cassette again.

remove the cassette you can see two or 3 roller down the printer clean that roller and try.....

Se if the tape, that comes with a new cartriage is of the cartriage if not try a new cartriage if the does not work your machine needs service

The HP site suggests replacing the toner cartridge.
