If no already done, try reinserting the tray without the Used Coffee Container as it is the component that usually catches against the scraper. The machine should then cycle and revert to its normal position where it will be possible to put the complete tray back in.

First check the grounds tray as it must go in with the side-tabs (small ridge on each side) in the rear, otherwise it will not seat properly. If that doesn't work give me a shout. gl.

How do i defrost imperial commercial heavy duty freezer

I have a white upright Imperial heavyduty commercial freezer 20 cubic ft. that I bought 3 years ago through a bi-annual food service company and want to sell. I can't find any information on the web about it's retail value. What is the retail value of this type of freezer?

Water is leaking on the freezer side and we must put a towel in the bottom and change it twice a week.

Hopefully you won't. I am not a "Repairman" so I'm just going off of what I've seen in my experience for refrigerators that put a puddle on the floor.

Usually a puddle is created when the refrigerator defrosts. All that ice in the freezer has to go somewhere when it defrosts, so some models (Not sure if they all still do this?) have a tray that you place in the bottom of the freezer that is there to catch this defrost water.

These trays can get dislodged from the drain that they are supposed to be sitting under to catch the water, or they fill up with water and over flow....then you see water on the floor.

So find out if your model has a tray to catch the water. At the bottom of the refrigerator see if you can remove the little grill (if your refrigerator as one of these?). If it does, you can look under the refrigerator and hopefully you'll see a usually white tray in there that as I mentioned is either displaced and not catching the water, or is full. Move it back to where it should be (there is usually a slot for the tray to slide into.) or empty/clean it out and put it back.

On a new model they may not have a tray like this, but if you think about it...where else is water going to come from out of a refrigerator. Having said that....you just reminded me...do you have a cold water connection to your refrigerator for cold water or ice making? Maybe that's loose or there is some other leak in that water/ice system?

But as I was going to say...refrigerators don't run on water so it's coming from one of those sources..an overfilled defrost tray, or a leak in your water/ice system...if you have one of those?

Can't replace coffee grind drawer after emptying

That would normally mean that the brewing mechanism is not in the at rest or start of cycle position. Take the bin off the tray and see if you can slip the bottom tray back in now. Turn the machine on, let it run through the start up process and when completely stopped see if you can now remove tray and fit the spent grounds bin back where it should be.

Impressa Jura J6 stays in empty tray mode

On my machine - J6 Capresso, the problem was caused by a crack on one side of the grounds scraper, a plastic paddle attached to the side of the brew group. The scraper is supposed to detect when the tray is full by not returning to the normal position and triggering a sensor that detects that the tray was emptied. When one side was cracked, the scraper was too weak to trigger the sensor. I replaced the scraper ($20 part), and that fixed the problem.

Error code FA

FA is the emergency shutoff switch that detects when water is pooling underneath the machine (a leak)
You may have to remove the back of the machine to check the float switch underneath. Empty any water from the catch tray and check for leaks.

Repeats "empty coffee grinds drawer". drawer is empty.

Check the area behind the draw there might be some ground coffee preventing the tray from sitting correctly.
