Look for a label (possibly a silver-colored label with black print) along the side (left or right side) of the main body of the vacuum / collection container.
the Model number is located also on your Vacuum. It would probably be on the bottom so just tip your machine over and take a look to see if you see "model number" "serial number" also, some are located on the lower back side of the machine.
The serial number is on the bottom of the machine. I believe near the front wheels, but can't remember for sure.
