The sound goes out for 5 or 10 seconds many times a day. No problem with the picture. Some items on the display also go out when the sound is out.

get a warranty service in to check it out it is 1 day old so don't touch it yourself or the warranty is void

do tou have another display you could use? if it does it with that display too then you have eliminated that its a problem with your display. You could also disconnect and reconnect all connection to the display and make sure they are secure

Replaing the lamp will fix this problem most of the time.If not count the blinks. This is an error code.

The issue is 4 1000uF by 10V capacitors on the main board under the shield. you will spot them easily because they are FAT( Exploded)
