sorry to hear that but i would call the 800 number or the person who gave it to you maybe they still have receipt. Theres alot of scammers out there as well
There should be a web address in small print on the back of the gift card. Go to that address and follow instructions for checking the balance. The screen should ask you for the number of the gift card. Enter that number and your balance will come up. Hope this helps. Peace. Michele
