The TV Needs to be connected to an Internet Connection!
Either Wirelessly, connected to a Hotspot - most likely your WiFi from either your modem or router, depending on how you get online?
Or... Your TV can be hard wired, with a cat cable directly from your Modem/Router to the TV.
If hard wired, double check in the settings page of your TV (Navigate there with your remote) and confirm this.
If wireless, again navigate to settings and scroll to Network Connections, or something similar, (can't be specific since you didn't provide make and model) choose wireless, locate your home network name, enter your Password, and your TV should now connect to Netflix, among other platforms.
Good Luck

M netflix in my smart tv can't connect any more why.it keeps on saying netflix can't connect

There should be an error code when it can not connect.
If you have turned the TV off and then on again and this has not worked.
You can try disconnecting your internet connection from the TV and re connecting.
If this does not work, you can try and uninstall and re-install the Netflix application.
Without much information about make and model, this is the best information I can give.

How do I get Netflix on my tv

First you need a Netflix account. Then, if you have a smart TV, it needs to be connected to the internet and have the Netflix app. If your TV is not smart, your DVD player probably has Netflix on it and that needs to be connected to the internet. Then you have to log into Netflix on your computer and authorize the new device. They will give you an activation code to enter on the device.

Tv screen tells us we are not connected to internet.

Hello Ralph

Have you configured your TV to connect to internet? You would do this by Going to your Settings and typing in the password for your router or your internet provider.

If you have your TV manuel that should also tell you how to configure your TV...and is the TV a "smart" TV? Connecting to internet only works if you bought a smart TV.

If not you can connect a laptop that is connected to your internet and connect that to the TV with an HDMI cable.

Hope this helps

I have Netflix on my upstairs Vizio smart TV, but for some reason will not connect on my downstairs Vizio smart TV? Please help.

First thing I would check is Internet connection on the smart tv that won't connect. If that doesn't work try downloading new software for Netflix. Try those and see what happens.
