Sounds like a part is broken... but you can test this by grasping the needle bar and pulling to the right as you set it to Center with the dial. If it doesn't move that means the mechanism that does this for you is broken. Take it in for service.
Others have had this same problem, the plastic power on/off slider switch eventually breaks (absolutely ridiculous that it happens at all, and I treated mine very gently).
I was going to throw mine out, then remembered that you can power the camera on by holding down the green arrow button (picture viewing button) on the back for two or three seconds. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work to turn it off, so you just have to set it to power off after two minutes.
Not a great solution, but better than throwing it away, and better than wasting money to have it repaired (if that's even possible).
first disconnect all power from the machine second disconnect the panel from the machine third take the broken panel to your nearest sears store and ask the representative for a new panel for your washing machine
I guessing that from what you say broken both needles you are talking about a serger, unless you are using twin needles in a sewing machine if the power has gone off, have you tried turning off the machine & turning it back on, if that doesn't work then it's possible that the power cord may have gone out, or the on & off switch may have gone out. the only things broken needles will do is knock the machine out of time or jam it up
it seems like this is the motor that operate the sliding door...it might just be the switch on the door where you push the button if that isnt the only button that cant operate what it is suppose to operate...the motor will be locted inside the door
I just helped a problem similar. It is possible to get a repair man and fix it. Get a hold of a repairman at www.repairman.org. I do not know the number but i'm shore it is on that website.
