I logged on to a site, www.recordsbase.com for a free 7 day trial. I had to give them my credit card info so if isn't canceled 2 day prior of the 7 days, the would start taken money out of my account.

That's about all there is.

Yes they will, you need to cancel the trial. no free trial of anything is worth giving your bank details. the small print will say something like " if you dont cancel within 7 days we will take £££ by direct debit every *** " why would they need your bank details for a "FREE" trial ?.. thats because most people forget or dont know how to cancel so they get at least one payment out of your "free" trial . if they do take a payment and its a monthly subscription you will still have to cancel the free trial because if you only cancel the direct debit they can still charge you because they are supplying a service. get in touch with them straight away. ( hopefully you havent signed up to 12 months contract starting when free trial stops )

You can cancel your Prime account online as well. You can find all the information you need on Amazon's website.

I just now started a 30 day free trial of Rhapsody. Of course, I was required to give my credit card information so that a charge of $14.99 will start after the 30 days runs out. I would like to cancel...

You'll have to settle this with Rhapsody. Due to privacy concerns, we at FixYa have no access to your Rhapsody information. This would still be true even if you were to provide us with your credit card information, which I most certainly do not want you to do.

Rhapsody's main web site is at http://www.rhapsody.com

I've tried your site a few days ago.You advertise your your services on the basis of a FREE seven day trial. Why is it that you want my credit card info. if as you say, the first seven days are a fee trial....

Really it's a seven day trial but you will just need to show that you are eligible and nothing will be deducted from your credit card until after 7 days.

Cheers.
