Never heard of your "xgody x200"... but battery issues
seem to be a very POPULAR topic on the internet.

I have already taken my OLD but faithful iPhone 4S
in for a battery service...

Left it... went & got coffee... Came back Paid a modest fee
and now my out of date, unsupported old friend is
working like new...

I'd highly recommend getting that same coffee, tea our fruit-juice break...

Unless of course it's like my old Motorola RAZR
(pop it out... pop-in a new one, charge & go).

you should change touch screen pad by a professional expert

Take out ur battery & insert it back & power on ur phone.

Frozen Screen problem mostly occurs when one has recently updated the phone software.
If that's the case with you taking battery out should have helped.
Try resetting it this way.

> Turn the power off. Take the battery off and then re-insert it.
> Hold the Volume Down button
> Hold the Power button until the display turns on
> You are now presented with a menu that allows for Clear Storage.
> Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
> Press and release the Power button to select
> Press Volume Up for Confirming your action.

If the Touch Screen is not working properly, calibrate the touch screen

Turn unit off then back on.

Slide Power Key to right ( lock )

Hold finger on sceen for 30 seconds until the calibration screen appears
