Monitor screen not turning on due to, screen failure, connector flex cut inside, if you can see images on computer means screen has failed. Replace it at a authorised cameta outlet.
Are you pressing menu button on the monitor or the DVR?
Your problem may not be the cameras, but between the DVR and the monitor. Found this on page Eng-19 of the user manual which I found on Samsung.com
This monitor was set to password lock when you purchase a new set. Therefore, you must first enter a 4 digit password to activate the On Screen Display... the default password is 4321. Not sure if that helps.
You can connect up to 4 cameras and each camera must be paired with the monitor. Sounds like you need to repair the camera so that the monitor will recognize it. Look at the boston of the camera there should be a button to press.try this
My monitor was stuck on one of my cameras and when I turned it off and on again it was stuck in the hello screen. I took the battery out and put it in again. Then I pressed the button on the left (I have a best view) and pressed the right arrow key until I got to the view can screen. It turns out something was wrong with just one of my cameras as I could view the other one. I unplugged and replugged that camera and that solved my problem!
Your monitor has become unpaired with your camera. Follow the instructions in the manual to pair them again (basically, tell the monitor piece to Add New Camera while you press the Pair button on the camera). The manuals can be downloaded from www.summerinfant.com.
You may have accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the LCD screen on and off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder in its place. To try turning the screen back on, press the DISP button once.
I have a problem with my monitor, after i turn on my pc but the monitor the screen no display yhe light monitor is on but if we change the other monitor the screen appear image
The LCD monitor screen at the back of the camera does not display a live picture like many point-n-shoot digitals. It only displays after the pic is taken. Use the LCD on the top cover to check your settings. Please leave feedback if this helps.
