My tv has built in DVD player Sanyo ModelDP26671 and I can not get it to reject the DVD

Whatever input you are using is either damaged or the tv is on the wrong channel and I'm sure you don't have it set on the wrong channel.

1. Another method would be to connect an old VCR to the TV through the cable plug on the back of the TV.

2. Then plug your PS3 or dvd player into the VCR's rca inputs on the back.

This works but your television has to have a cable plug on the back.

Must use RCA cable RED,WHITE out audio hole connection in the DVD player.The other RCA connection to tv audio in hole.The S-video only get video not audio.

You'll have to take the set into a Service Center for that to be repaired.

I also have this ******* problem and apparently there is not solution. So just remember, next time you wanna find the urge to buy a ******* sanyo...dont do it. Sanyo = Bigfoots ****!

You can record (dub) a dvd to tape. Also, you can record tv programs using the internal tuner (recording to the tape, not the dvd). Remember, this is not a DVD recorder but rather a DVD player. If your question is relating as to how to do this, refer to your owner's manual. If you've lost the manual, I can email it to you.

first check if you are plugged in the right place,(you're tv as 2 a/v inputs).then you should be able to acces a/v by the menu button on you're remote,or even on the t.v. itself.well good luck then buddy,hope this helps.. btw,are you plugged in a/v (yellow,white,red) style,s-video(1cable)style,componentstyle(green,blue,red).check that out man!

The DVD players have video and audio baseband outputs. In EU, many use the SCART system as well.

Your TV set has to be compatible to accept the DVD player and the interconnects. Your best bet is to see your dealer and he should be able to assist you in what you require.

No digital tuner inside. Will have to have a converter box in Feb 2009 for digital: Search "the fcc on digital tv transmission" on the internet for useful information on the upcoming digital age..

The DVD player needs to have the decoding built into it.
