Wf250 will only allow a very small amount of water in and then shuts off.

I have swapped the power supply to the cold water inlets and tested the supply to the solenoid. Same fault on both solenoids and the power supply drops off. I'm thinking that there is a more sinister problem?

Check the lint screen and water outflow from inside the tub cylinder... socks are often lodged inside the tube. Check the filter screen on the inlet hose at the faucet (tap).

Water flow tube on ice maker leaking by causing ice blockage

When the ice maker calls for water, the valve sends water to the ice maker in the appropriate amount and then shuts off, sending no more water until the ice maker calls for it again. If the water fill line is freezing up, this will cause a leak the next time the ice maker calls for water. The water has to go somewhere. The problem is more than likely the the water valve. It is not shutting off completely and it is allowing a small trickle of water to be constantly sent to the ice maker. This causes the fill line to freeze up and clog. Replace the water valve and defrost the water fill line and solve the problem.

Washer does not completely drain to allow for spin

The most common cause for standing water in a washer is a clogged drain pump. Another possibility is a kink or clogged drain tube. Below is a youtube video with instructions on removing a drain pump on most front load washers including your Frigidaire model. Best of luck and thank you for using Fixya!

My 97 neon sport is leaking water from the muffler...what could be causing this?

This is normal and nothing to worry about, a car that is putting out small amounts of water is a good running car, the muffler has a drain hole in the backside to allow moisture to leak out so muffler does not rust out over time from held is water, if you are seeing a small amount of water dripping out it is nothing, this is normal. good day.

My pressure relief valve on my boiler is allowing water to pass through constantly.how do i adjust it to stop the water flow? only have about 15 pounds of pressure in system

Even a small amount of crud on the rubber washer/sealer can cause the valve to seep. Some valves can be taken apart and cleaned but it will be better to replace the valve. They can be found on line for around $12 or more. You will have to shut off the water in take valve and drain most of the system unless you have a main line shut off valve so the system wont drain back into the boiler. These valves are usually set at 30PSI.

Gould 1/2hp submergible well pump cycles on and off constantly. low to no water pressure .The pressure switch remains in the closed position. Power to pump side of pressure switch good. pump runs 15...

My first thought was that of a water logged tank which causes short cycling, from your notes the tank is good (the tank may be partially water logged though) If the tank is ok and your getting short cycling (and the switch is good) I would guess your check valve down the well has failed. As the pump creates pressure then shuts off the water may be going right back down the well causing the pump to cycle again. This could also account for the poor water pressure as the check valve may be stuck slightly open allowing the system to loose pressure but only allowing a small amount of flow by when running. There could be a leak within the pumps drop-pipe and your loosing pressure through this leak. I expect you'll have to have the pump pulled.
I hope this may have helped,

Water comming outof the smal air intake valve on top of tank

Check the shut-off valve on the tank to make sure it's shutting the water supply off as it should. If the tank has a mechanical arm(the flush lever), check it to see that it is allowing the shut off valve to completely shut the water off.

Well if you see the drum move in the wash cycle than the belt is still attached.Your door latch is the first thing to check. And the control board is the next and most likely problem.

Hotpoint Aquarius WF250 Loud banging when spinning

The hardest amount to balance is a load with just one item.Because you have nothing to counter balance the other side. So,first off,put in a normal load ,make sure your washer is level by using a level to assure it is, other wise if its not all the clothes will group in one spot where its not level ,than when time to spin you have a un balanced load.
