I forgot my password and i don't have an option to answer security questions, or to re send my password to an alternate email, or mobile phone number.

1.Use the Sign-in Helper to reset your Yahoo password and regain access to your account. For account security, we'll only display some of the options below. If you do not have a non-Yahoo! alternate email address, valid mobile number, or cannot verify your security question, you may need to contact Yahoo! to confirm your identity. Note: When filling out the form, please select Yahoo! Account under "Product."

According to me you can use "Forgot Password" option to reset your password (you will need to answer your security question or to provide alternate email address to send password reset mail). If still you are not able to reset password (with "Forgot Password" option) then you can use messenger password recovery software (click http://lmgtfy.com/?q=yahoo+Password+Recovery+stellar to search) to recover it.
