The Acer Aspire L100 is a
desktop
computer powered by a special DC adapter and power cable. The
computer's motherboard incorporates a fuse designed to prevent any
power surges from damaging the computer. If the fuse burns out due to a
power surge or for any other reason, the computer will no longer
function. You can check the motherboard fuse for damage yourself, then
take it to a trained technician for replacement if needed
Shut down the Acer Aspire L100 and turn the tower around.
Press the "On/Off" button on the front of the tower. If the
computer will not boot and the fan does not turn on, the fuse may be burned out.
Unplug the power cord from the rear of the tower
Turn the tower on its side and remove the Phillips-head screws connecting the back panel to the Aspire L100's cabinet.
Pull out the motherboard assembly gently from the back of the cabinet.
The internal fuse is located on the motherboard behind the DC power
jack, which is to the right of the monitor jack
Let me know if this helped..

Umm on mine (e5-574g) it's on the underside part of the board ( facing the floor ) it's right next to the through hole pins belonging to the DC port, the one that the DC Jackie connected to via a harness. It literally has a big F printed on it and when I sorted the Computer this component is the one that blew
the issue is A$$-u-me'ing there is a fuse.
why not start your post asking how to diagnose problem.
NO PC stated, just the Aspire word, making any intelligent response wrong or worse.
there are vast Aspires, made, even desktops.
a hard cold fact that.

are all fans dead?
is the power light glowing? or stuck in the stand by color .
does the screen ever show text or logo's
does the PC beep (and with beep codes):?
