This is called air hammer, most times this is caused by vibration when a water pipe is too close to a support board you can put in a hammer arrester or make sure pipes are away from support board .

My American standard champion 4 sings after I flush it, while it I still filling. Then stops when filled.

Hey, One thing is that maybe there might be some loose plastic shavings in the fill line. From the Factory? or maybe was inside the water line going to the toilet when you connected the line to toilet. Shut off the water and get some towels and something to catch the water and disconnect it from the toilet and use bowl or what ever to catch the water and slowly turn it on and see if anything comes out. Maybe if it is in the line inside the toilet it might fall out by lightly tapping on the fill line inside the toilet to help it fall out. Just a thought when you said it "Sings" that sounds like trash inside the line going to the filler tube and bowl, hey try it who knows it might work. Okay

Jacuzzi toilet does not fill enough water in the bowl

Check to see if there is not a clog in the trap. This could keep your bowl from filling up. Also check the flapper and see if it is staying afloat in the tank long enough during the flush. Either of these could be the cause here.

New water valve makes ahigh pitched whistling

I had exactly the same problem. Just turn down the water pressure @ the valve on the water inlet line. While you have the toilet lid off, you may want to remove the fill valve (1/2 turn counterclockwise on the plastic nut attached to the water-in line), and clean the rubber diaphrams (there are 2). They will sometimes get gritty and this will cause some fill noises and leaking.

Flush problem with toto toilet

If your hooked to city water it can be cause of the high water pressure comes across and keeps flapper from seating rite. Take a empty plastic bottle, cut it in half long ways. flush toilet then place plastic bottle between fill valve and flapper, trying to devert water away from where flapper seats. good luck.

Washing machine makes buzzing noise

Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.

Very loud noise during initial fill cycle only

Try it in different temp settings and see if it makes noise in both hot and cold. It probably does it in hot or warm only which would explain why it doesn't do it during the cold fill for rinse. You probably need a fill valve but listen carefully and make sure noise isn't caused by the pipes coming to the machine. If it is 5 yrs old go ahead and replace supply hoses also, this is standard maintainance at that age.
