With very little information it could be a number of things. Did you connect to it with a passcode? Assure your router settings are set for upnp enabled. Also, sometimes its best to give your tablet a fixed IP address rather than a dynamic one. There are free network scanner apps for tablets that will scan your network. Find out the current IP address and imput that into your DHCP reservation in your router administration. That way your tablet IP never changes. Part of your problem is i believe you have a dynamic IP set for your tablet and UPnP disabled.
To renew your IP address in Tablet: Remove the SIM card and then insert it (or) reset the WiFi if it is a Dynamic IP address it will get change. Before and after changing check the internet IP address from the site IP-Details.com .
