Hi, if the tv is not near an extremely powerful magnetic source I would say the electron gun is faulty. This almost certainly requires the services of a qualified engineer/technician
The projector is starting to go out in it. Depending on your financial situation, you can take it to a shop to have it looked at, or replace the TV. Depending on how long this has been happening, the Pioneer projectors usually last about 100 hours once this happens before they burn out completely.
If the Photo is OK then it would appear to be a LCD fault.

At a guess if this more than 2 years old a new camera would be a more economic option.

well what i think happend is that the convergance has been modified and some parts has moved inside the TV.
There's lots of posts in this website about this problem so just search for convergance.
