What can cause my kercher 380 to just stop?

have you checked that the water feed pipe is still connected to the pump? I have notice on previous occasions that general vibrations from normal running around can cause a disconnection.

over pressure switch stuck, dismntle switch and clean or replace ( located between on/off switch and pump head

most windscreen failures can be traced back to blocked nozzles as the water and the cleaning product causes corrosion that blocks the small jets
another reason is that the plastic reservoir cracks and drains the water out unknown to the operator
so those are the 2 areas to check first

None of these fixes works for me and the original poster, like me what he's saying is when he swaps the high pressure lance for the patio attachment it pulses on and off, but when that happens, you can swap back to high pressure lance and it's fine. This means it's the patio attachment not any valves or power source, I have the same problem

There are 4 common trouble makers to consider.
One is the door switch, it can open circuit and stop the washer.
Second is water pressure. If the water pressure is low/poor, the washer will start to fill and then shut off. Check and clean the fill valve entrance screens and also check for any washer screens on either end of the fill hoses.
The third is possibly the most common trouble maker for this type of a complaint. The fuse blows on the motor control board This board can be found on the front bottom on the right side. The motor control board must be replaced when the fuse has blown. Most times now the motor control board is .
The fourth is a bad start switch, sometimes the contacts in the start switch will arc and burn causing starting up problems.

hi. you will need to go inside the machine to have a look, but it might just be a micro switch on the bypass valve stuck.
you can not miss it, there is a wire going to it, just unclip and check with a meter when pressing the little switch in and out.
