SOURCE: Fill beans message keeps coming up on jura capresso impressa s9

You need to open the grinder, it`s probably packed with old fine powdered coffee that blocks the outlet. Clean this out and try again. Since it works normal when you use pre-ground coffee, there shouldn`t be any problems with any other parts.

Let me know if you want a description for have to open and clean the grinder.

Good luck!

SOURCE: Jura impressa E75.message mafunction 8 shows up

Malfunction 8 is related to the brew unit typically. It is usually an indication of the brew unit motor having to work too hard to move the brew unit up and down. This is usually cured by disassembling, cleaning, replacing any o'rings that may be bad, and lubricating the unit, then reassembly.
I have had to do this twice on an an E75 and an E8. I finally broke down and bought seal kits and lubricant for doing this. One could by a new brew unit off of e-bay and change out the whole thing. But a simple rebuild will typically suffice.

SOURCE: Jura Capressa E9 Leaking

Most likely the 2 spouts have become plugged with crud. Use a toothpick while the machine is dispensing coffee. Stick the toothpick up in each little nozzle and move it around it might take several cups to get this done. I removed the top cover on mine and just poored water in where the coffee normally goes. It is just a gravity feed system. Don't poor too fast and move the toothpick around until the blockage is cleared. Helps to have 2 people for this. Also, once you get it cleared, try the finest grind setting. Mine was set on the coarsest setting and I think that was making making the blockage more likley. I dont think the cracked spout is common though. My machine has made over 8100 cups and is going on 7 years. No cracks are visible in mine.

I have a Jura ENA Micro 9 One Touch coffee machine, I was going to start a cleaning cycle and then Close Cover screen came up, even tho the cover was closed. I tried everything and nothing worked!

If the "Close Cover" screen is coming up on your Jura ENA Micro 9 One Touch coffee machine even though the cover is closed, there may be an issue with the cover sensor or the machine's internal sensors. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
  1. Double-check that the cover is securely closed: Make sure that the cover is firmly in place and not obstructed in any way. Remove any excess coffee grounds or other debris that may be blocking the cover.
  2. Power cycle the machine: Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue is resolved.
  3. Perform a reset: Some Jura coffee machines have a reset function that can be accessed by pressing and holding down certain buttons. Check your machine's user manual to see if there is a reset function and how to access it.
  4. Contact Jura customer support: If none of the above solutions work, it may be necessary to contact Jura customer support. They will be able to provide you with further troubleshooting steps or arrange for a repair or replacement of your machine if necessary.
Note: Before attempting any maintenance or repair work on your Jura coffee machine, be sure to unplug it from the power source and read the user manual thoroughly.

The button to power machine on doesn't seem to be working possibly broken how do I fix this?

Check the main switch is on.. rear bottom left corner..
If still won't turn on, check the fuse in the plug.

Jura impressa c5

Just in case somebody else comes looking for this answer. I had the same problem and finally fixed it by unplugging the unit for a bit (don't think this helped) and then simply turning the knob to steam until it stopped. Then it went into the normal standby mode. I think I must have missed the last step in one of the cleaning programs or something.

How can I deactivate the filter for impressa c5

With the machine in standby mode (that is plugged in, with the main rear power switch on, but you have not yet pressed the dial to turn the machine fully on), press and hold the filter button until the all three lights on the dial start to flash.

Simply turn the dial to the left until no lights flash.

That's it. The filter has now been deactivated.

Our Jura Impressa coffee machine will not switch on. We press the start ON/OFF key and there is no response. We have changed the fuse. We also had a PAT test completed very recently therefore it is...

Does this model have a light under the coffee outlet that comes on when plugged it. ?
If so you can at least tell power is on to unit, even if will not switch on.
Jura have made there machines so they are not easy to service but it can be done but you have to be happy with taking apart machine and have live voltage cables exposed.
If not its best it is sent to your local jura service agent.
