My hair falls out and i don't know what the cause is.. I will admit that i take a shower only every week. I use Suave and used to use head and shoulders before. Help me please

I would suggest not enough pressure. If the hand shower is connected to the taps then pressure would be the problem as the water comes from the tank in the loft fed by gravity. Solution is a power shower.

You have to turn main water off to house, then in side shower head is a gasket / otherwise known as a 0-ring, that needs replacing. Yes, a 50 cent part is causing this. If you don't know how to replace shower head 0-ring, just take shower head to any home depot,they will put it inn for you. Just make sure you turn main water line to house off, otherwise real leak. You need a deep conditioner, stat. Look for a product that contains keratin and is labeled for dry, damaged hair. Run product throughout hair and leave on for several minutes. The product will absorb into your hair shaft and soften your hay-like strands. Time it takes: About 10 minutes, not including the shower. We suggest deep conditioning twice a week the first couple weeks, then continue once a week.
Try not to wash your hair every day, water is very drying to hair (not the shampoo). If you take a shower but opt not to wash your hair, protect your hair with a shower cap.

Smoothies for hair -
Mix 1 mashed banana, 1 full egg, 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of milk and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Make sure it's well combined and then apply to hair. Leave for 15 - 30 minutes and wash out.
Blend 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1/4 avocado, 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil and 1 tablespoon yogurt. For extra conditioning, squeeze in the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Leave in hair for 15 minutes.
Mayonnaise (if you can stand the smell it's so worth it.) -
Apply 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to damp hair. Work into hair and then cover with a shower cap or towel for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual.
Sunflower & Wheatgerm Oil -
Mix 1 cup of sunflower oil and 1 cup of wheat germ oil. Warm the mixture and massage it on the head and hair. Leave in for about 15-20 minuets. Wash off with lukewarm water in which 1 tablespoon of lemon juice has been added.

There is no side effect of this hair oil infact, but if does not match your hair or scalp skin then it will have some harsh effect on your hair. First get and identify your hair type.
Well to check the oil that if it has any side effect on your head, first use it biweekly means twice a week for 14 days and stop using it. Then Check
Does your hair falling starts?
Do you feel itching on your scalp?
Do you see more dandruff on yur head.?

If all says NO, then use the oil care free.
