Hello Cheryl;
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.
To remove the oven door you need to open the door to the first locking position. When putting the door back on make sure the hinges are in the first locking position.
You have to be careful in regards to the hinge. Some ovens have the same hinge on both sides and some ovens have a right and a left hand hinge.
You need to get the model number of your oven. When you open the oven door you will see a metal plate on the face of your oven.
Take the model number and call your local parts supplier.
Some manuals are used to cover several different model numbers.
And, manufacturers have part number replacements. They may not look like what you have, but they fit and do the job.
I am not sure about your oven model. I had a similar problem in my oven. The hinges are riveted to the oven and can be fixed.
First remove the oven door - normally the door slides on to two prongs on either side and is screwed down.
Once the door is removed check the mechanism that holds the two prongs to the oven body. Mine were held with stainless steel rivets that had worn out and became wobbly. Cut the rivets and replace them with new ones. You can get a rivet driver and the stainless steel rivets for under $20 at Home Depot.
Hope this works for you.
