Unlock sim card and phone

Hello here is how i unlocked mine, info provided by Samsung,start by turning the phone off then removing the sim card,
switch the phone on without a sim card,
type in dial *2767*2878# then wait for it to reset!
once it boots up itself, the phone code is now removed and unlocked , you can now shut it down reinsert the sim card and voila!

PUK Code
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then - Please contact your phone service provider.

You can use your puk code to unlock samsung c3010 old password and you can get puk code from your sim card bundle or you can asking from your network provider. The idea is put any password until your phone asking your puk code, then enter that puk code. This method should be unlock samsung phone from old password. Good luck!

Maybe you can try to unlock your blackberry phone using blackberry bold 9700 unlock code for att network. It will make your blackberry unlocked and you can use any sim card on your phone so you can try to look at your data using another sim card.

Samsung E2100B Unlocking Instructions

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Samsung E2100B mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Samsung E2100B mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
Method 1:

1 - Switch ON your Samsung E2100B with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Samsung E2100B will ask for "Password".
3 - Enter the Unlock Code.

OR (if the Samsung E2100B shows "Insert Correct SIM Card")

Method 2:

1 - Switch ON your Samsung E2100B with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Don't bother about what's being displayed on your Samsung E2100B.
3 - Compose : #0111*CODE#.

NOT ACCEPTED: I mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Samsung E2100B is locked to.
CODE: Its the unique Unlock Code for your Samsung E2100B.

If method 2 does not work, you can try method 2 again but this time without any SIM card on your Samsung E2100B.

If you have forgot your password or just want to reset your phone follow these steps.
1. Remove your battery (and sim card if your phone has a sim card.)
2. Replace just your battery and power the phone back on.
3. When the phone powers on type in *2767*3855#
Your phone will power off then back on with the out of box settings,
Keep in mind that doing this will also clear any information including contacts and pictures

Well I'm happy I can help you.The same problem happened to me and my Samsung Highlight T-749.First, I called Customer Care and they tell you to type in some passwords.If,the passwords they tell you to type in don't work,then they will give you the option of buying a new sim card.The sim cards usually cost about 20 bucks but don't worry because you can back-up the data in your old sim card to your new one.Hope this helped you!

You need to call the phone company that sold you the phone card to unlock the phone.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.


The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore

Input the password 3 times to lock the phone then the phone will ask for a PUK code.

Call your mobile phone company, give them your mobile number or SIM card number to get the PUK code to unlock the phone.
