the question is what do you mean by "unlock"... are you trying to change carriers or id you forget a password, two different processes, same terms.

They are a funny phone. They refuse to activate and do afterward some bizarre things. They dont have cases and drive people crazy. Your most eeliable recourse is to get a better phone.
