I accidently broke the inside LCD screen of my LG Shine and cant find anywhere to fix it? Ive tried phones shops and everything but since I bought it online and they dont stock it , they cant fix it. Does anyone know an how/where I cant get my phone fixed? I dont mind sending it off to a different country because I cant find anywhere that will fix it in Ireland.

To take the screen out yo have to peel off the plastic sreen cover with a knife therare two screws underneth u canot see and two underneath round plastic covers

My inside LCD screen on LG Shine broke,after it was dropped accidently. I have went to several phone shops, but they don't have suitable screens to fix the problem. I am very worried about this, as it is getting worse.
I have done the same thing! Dropped phone and damaged screen. I have found sellers of the screens on ebay for around £25 - just type in KE970 lcd screen. the hong kong supplier even gives tools, but I haven't tried it yet. If someone could give instructions then i'd have a go. or if i got a screen delivered i'd need to phone a repairer that could do it... I suppose if thats your job it shouldn't matter what brand of phone it is, they should all be pretty much the same!!??
Had my LG Shine 3 weeks and the liquid screen has broke. Apparently this is not covered under warranty! I have been quoted around £50 to get if fixed. I wish someone had told me that this was a very common problem with this phone and it you accidently knock it or drop it this phone would not work again.

same problem but randomly started happening, the stores told me it was because it got banged around in my pocket, but thats BS. They told me i could send it away to telus (my service provider) and they would do it for about $200 canadian.
