IE8 goes to the wrong site. I can Yahoo search and right click results to open in new tab. New tab opens and the page appears to advace multiple web sites. Sometimes, I can back button to the page I wanted (maybe 3-4-5 back) sometimes it isn't there at all..close the tab and start over and the page opens correctly...Very annoying...

Run a search with your anti-virus/anti-malware software. It sounds like you may have been hijacked. Check the web for a program called hijack. You can run the program and it will create a log file that can be posted at the Major Geeks website. They will help identify possible problems. You can also try out programs such as SuperAntiSpyware, or Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. They are both rated well for keeping junk out of your system.

Go to the control panel and then internet options. from there hit the advanced tab and click the reset button on the bottom. this resets your history, any saved passwords, any add-ins, and the cache memory, and then resets IE to the factory settings. it tends to fix a LOT of problems.

How can i uninstall babylon tabs?

This works for IE8.
Remove all traces of the Babylon software through the Add/Remove programs area then the Babylon folder from c/: Program Files (x86).
Go Tools, Internet Options, open the security tab then click on "Restricted Sites".
Open the "sites" window and fill in http://www.babylon.com/ in the area which says "Add this web site to the zone". When the address is typed in click "Add" then Apply.
If you find an address already in the box, perhaps your home page, then highlight it then enter the Babylon address.
Now open the "General Tab" in Internet Options and open "settings" in the "Tabs" area. At, "when a new Tab is opened, open" make a selection. I chose
the home page option as I use Google search as my home page as it is quite plain in appearance it loads quickly.
Worked for me.

Right click is not working in IE8

Give this a try...
Go to your start menu / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools and select "Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)".
This will run a session of IE with all of the installed add on features disabled. Try going to a web page and seeing if you have right click ability now.
If you do then it is an addon that is causing the problem.

To find which one is causing it
1. Open a new IE8 window normaly. (Not the No Add-ons method)
go to the Tools Menu in IE8 and select manage addons.
Disable the Addons one by one until the problem goes away. Then renable the other addons that were not causing the problem.

If the problem still exists when you are running in no add-ons mode... try putting your cursor in an edit box in a web page and hitting SHIFT+F10 and see if that brings up the right click menu. (Will tell us of there is something blocking the context menu all together or just the right mouse click)
