Hi all Car dvd players come with a emergency brake safety feature. They will only play video unless the emergency brake is applied. Although there is a code that can disable this feature . I purchased the code for mine on ebay for $10.00 Thank you for using Fixya.com

this use to be simple for most units and yes it would work, however, manufactures became wise to this idea and placed a relay inside the unit that must be reset to prevent us WISEGUYS from doing so, but i do not know if this is the case with yours, if it is then you can run a toggle switch between the unit and the ground in order to reset this relay as needed with a flip of the switch
You need to have the remote in
hand. Insert a memory stick or SD
card that has the images you want to use.
When the image is displayed, press the pause button on the remote. Then touch the screen to bring up a set
of icons on the bottom. If you do
not see an icon with a hand, press the arrows that are in a circle until you
do. Once you see the hand, press
it one time. It will save the
image onto the internal memory.
You will find the image in the screen tab in settings, under all the
stock images.
