Many of these devices have strainers on the input (garden hose connection) of the pump. Remove the hose and check and clear debris from strainer. Reconnect hose and turn on supply water. Do NOT start engine / motor. Pop the nozzle from the end of the wand and squeeze water trigger. Hose pressure water (or less) should flow from the wand. Of not, youll have to see if water is leaving the pump by inserting the nozzle (or something that will if it) into the hose connector. If water still does not flow - there is an issue with the pump.

there are hoses the feed the nossels , check to see if they are torn or crimped, either way it would be good to replace them. Also the hole in the nossel may be plugged with ice or debris, you can take a small pin or needle to make sure it's open.

Water goes thru. have hydrulic oil to level. gun semas to stick on. NOT GETTING ANY PRESSURE AT NOSSEL.

Hydraulic oil?
Is this a pressure washer?
Pump should be half full of SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil.
Engine should have 10W30 motor oil.

If you have a pressure washer ... and not water is coming out end of gun:
Take all hoses off machine.
Look at incoming water hose connection.
The should be a filter washer.
Clean or replace filter washer.
Hook up water and turn on water.
Water should come out other side of pump.
Turn on power washer and see if water coming out of pump is pressurized.
Now hook up pressure hose without gun.
Turn on pressure washer and see if water comes out of hose and is pressurized.
Finally, the gun may be bad.
We used to replace guns when they went bad.

Black ink problem

It could be also the clogging of nossels in color Balck?!
For this purpose you need a special Cleaning solution, wich you
put first in the balck cartrige and start 2x cleaning(when cleaning you should observe if the balck ink is realy transported through the tube !!).Then you shut down your printer for about 24 hours. After that you clean also
for 2x times and check after that the nossels printing test. If not all nossels are free you should repeat the hole thing once again....till the nossels are free.Another problem i observed at my printer is that at some CISS ore kompatible cartriges the rubber-sealing get used with the time and do not seal enough the
conection from cartrige to printer-head and they **** only air...
For this problem i sugested a solution ..see epson stylus 1400

i hope i could help
