I have a sharp 5618 printer and it shows f2 error,when i hold down the start button shows 70 number. please help me

Service Manual SHARP AR 5618 5620 5623 SME honestly I did not see this code in the owners manual but it should have a number you can call to ask how to clear it. I've noticed a few people have asked this question for this specific product but haven't gotten any answers. If you do find the solution please post it for people with the problem in the future :)

change the toner cartridge

Hi,

I am unable to locate a manual for your model but F2-64 on most sharp machines refers to a black toner supply problem. If you have recently replaced the black toner there is a chance the toner within the cartridge could have compacted & blocked up. If you have a replacement toner cartridge try replacing it, first having completely powered off the machine, replace the cartridge then power the machine back on. If you haven't got a replacement, remove the toner cartridge & gently tap & shake the cartridge before replacing. Again completely power off the machine to reset the error code.

The problem is with the toner....there is two way solution change toner or more economic way change the chip of your existing toner....the sharp copier tend to burn the toner chip.
