Most likely, the "remote" wire to the subwoofer amplifier has come off or is not making good connection.

Can i connect a Bose lifestyle 135 sound bar & subwoofer to a Bose MC1 media center? If so how?

These components are meant to be compatible with each other, providing a seamless audio and video experience. Here's how you can connect them:
  1. Connections to the Media Center:a. Soundbar Connection: Connect the Bose Lifestyle 135 soundbar to the MC1 media center using an audio cable. Depending on the available ports on both the soundbar and media center, you might use an optical audio cable, coaxial audio cable, or another appropriate audio cable type.
    b. Subwoofer Connection: The Bose Lifestyle 135 subwoofer is a wireless subwoofer, which means it connects wirelessly to the media center. During the initial setup process, the subwoofer should automatically pair with the media center. Follow the instructions in the user manual to ensure proper pairing.
  2. Speaker Setup:
The Bose Lifestyle system, including the MC1 media center, typically uses Bose's ADAPTiQ audio calibration technology. This technology helps optimize the sound based on your room's acoustics and speaker placement. Run the ADAPTiQ calibration process as outlined in the user manual to ensure the best sound quality from your system.
  3. Remote Control:
Ensure that the remote control provided with the Bose MC1 media center is properly programmed to control both the media center and the soundbar. If needed, follow the instructions in the user manual to set up the remote control for seamless operation of all components.
  4. Audio and Video Sources:
Connect your audio and video sources (such as Blu-ray players, cable/satellite boxes, game consoles) to the appropriate inputs on the Bose MC1 media center. This allows you to route both audio and video signals through the media center and enjoy them with the soundbar and subwoofer.
  5. Power On and Configuration:
Power on the Bose MC1 media center and ensure that the soundbar and subwoofer are also powered on. Navigate through the media center's on-screen menus to configure the audio settings, input sources, and any other preferences.
  6. Testing and Adjustment:
Play different types of audio content to test the sound quality from the soundbar and subwoofer. Adjust the volume, bass, and other audio settings to your preference using the remote control and on-screen menus.
Remember to consult the user manuals for both the Bose MC1 media center and the Bose Lifestyle 135 soundbar for detailed setup instructions and troubleshooting tips. If you encounter any difficulties during the setup process, Bose customer support can also provide assistance.

Can't sync my JBL SB400 subwoofer to the soundbar??....it flashes blue and goes back to orange. Sound bar works but can't pair sub!..HELP!!

PAIRING THE JBL SB400 FOR WIRELESS OPERATION
After turning the soundbar and subwoofer on for the first time, you will need to "pair" the subwoofer and soundbar so they both operate at the same wireless frequency. To pair the units, press the Wireless Pairing switches on both units within 30 seconds of each other. The units will communicate with each other and operate at the same frequency.

The soundbar picks up my neighbors music. This seems to happen in the middle of the night when the unit is actually off. Can I change the bluetooth pairing password or any other solution

That's pretty weird all I can suggest is unplugging the speaker from its reciever. Whether it be a TV etc. another suggestion is to look up this sound bar and see if it's passive or active.
