It's the same as the first one. Just install and register. You will still need your CD key. When you log in to Symantec it will recognize you and the subscriptiion will end the same date as the first.

If you have an older version (2.0) you can get the updated version by going here:

If you have lost your CD key, you can login here to retrieve it as long as you registered with Symantec when you first installed.
