do you still have your old pc if yes then copy the details from the game folder..or get in touch with the support team from were you got game, (steam) epic).

Contact support and request a new activation code, you can not use the older one, because is already used, ask to resend a new activation code. Hope this help.

Have you installed the game on a previous machine? If so you can find the unique activation code in that machines registry, provided the game is still installed.
