How to convert midi files into smf data files for casio 810in?

i found this for you
SMF Converter is software that converts commercially available Standard MIDI file (SMF) data to a format that is supported by CASIO electronic musical instruments, and then transfers the converted data to the instrument. After data is transferred, it can be used with the lesson function for lesson play. For details about using converted data, see the user documentation that comes with each instrument. http://music.casio.com/e/smf click the blue download button near bottom of page.---- not the four other links.

Peavey speakers making no sound

Try connecting them to another amplifier...you can use the speaker output of a guitar amp as a quick test. If the amp (and mixer) check OK, it sounds like you are about to become good friends with your local speaker reconing shop.

Remember...Distorted Audio Can Kill Speakers even at low volumes. It happens because sine waves become square waves. Google it for additional information.

Marshall AVT20X hums and no sound from the input jack (speaker voltage during humming is 13vDC)

Likely one half of the full-wave rectifier has failed. Take in for repair. Sometimes output amp shorts to one power rail causing this. DO NOT continue to operate this until repaired as it will destroy the speaker!!!

I cleared one folder called WAVE with my computer and now there´s a messege on screen "data damage". the folder contains the preseted sounds inside. i need help.

Here's a hunch:
When the RC-50 was hooked up, your computer had access to the internal memory. The WAVE directory is where the wave data is stored. The RC-50 must have noticed that the wave data for patches that were supposed to have data was in fact gone.

So, you can probably just do a factory reset:
With the power off, while holding both single/multi and loop-sync, power the RC-50 up until it greets you with SYSTEM/PATCH use the PARAMETER buttons to go back and forth. In your case, you can probably leave "SYSTEM" alone and just select PATCH. Once you've selected which section of the RC-50 you want to reset, hit the WRITE button.

Increase in delay effect during a lead setting.

This may be he characteristic of mixing of the delayed when high distortion is present...

I would go to music store and compare... I tend to think this is the nature of the beast.

If you consider what the waveforms look like with distortion and then add them delayed... they limit out and when added there is a significant difference when adding or mixing waves that are delayed when squared compared to nice sine waves.

Can i upload songs from my tascam 2488mkii to the internet?

Depending on which site you are uploading to you need to have a stored file of the song in the proper format. Most often used is MP3. Read your manual to see what formats you can save in. Even if you can only get as far as wave there are very good freeware utilities on the internet to convert to other formats. Here is a link to a site where you can download some:http://www.techspot.com/downloadid43by4.html Here is another one:http://www.filehippo.com/ Here is a site with some of the most valuable info you can get for free just by joining:http://www.recordingreview.com/ I am a member and the site owner is a very good guy and always returns my emails.

SMF converter for wk-500, Does it exist?

No.

I have a Wk-8000 & a CDP-200R, the later is the same as wk-500 but with 88 weighted hammer keys.

Since wk-500 can play SMF (Midi 0 & 1) format directly from a SD card and there is enough polyphony to play anything, I don't find any real reason to convert SMF to any "Casio Format". Just get a 2GB SD card and put your SMF files in the MUSDAT folder for the SD CARD using your PC/MAC.
