There really isn't much to know about this vacuum in the owner's manual. It has attachments, doubles as a blower by attaching hose to back end. Practice the usual safety standards like don't use near water. Ck the prefilter on bag changes. That's about it.
There is a special sock that you need to buy for it. You can run the paper filter if your in a pinch but after that one time, that's it, that filter is ruined. The paper filter is for dry vacuuming, the foam filter is for wet vacuuming, You have to have one or the other in place. There are two ways to snap the cover onto the basket, only one is the right way. Look to see that the baffle is facing the hose inlet hole.
THE BUBLES CAN GET MOISTURE IN THE MOTOR YOU SHOULD NEVER USE ANY SOAP IN THE CANISTER OR **** SOAP OFF OF FLOORES. YOU NEED A REPAIR OR SERVICE PERSON TO SEE IT
If you are going to use the wet vac to remove water, be sure to remove the bag inside the canister first. Also, some wet vacs have an internal float that has to be installed, but that may not be the case with yours.
You cannot clean out the ports in the turbo. I tried and tried! Broke down and took it in. Needed a whole new vortex/canister assembly. There was a known warranty issue about the gasket at the bottom of the canister causing issues with clogs in the turbo/vortex area. Of course mine was out of warranty; also got a new HEPA filter; about $100. This is where I took it and they were very knowledgable about Dyson's.
Mmm cant find any info on this machine. Did you buy it in CAnada?
However. If you can find where the exhaust filter is, the bit where the air blows out, take off the cover and filter. If there is an exhuast blower it will be here. I have to say that of late Electrolux have done away with this on most machines
