with out knowing what you have for tools unplug different parts of the system and try another fuse like the compressor clutch the pressure switches and plug them back in one at a time til the fuse blows if you have a ohm meter check to see if any part is shorted to ground
The coolant fan run on its own when the temperature crosses a certain predetermined level. This is triggered by the relay. And it runs even after the engine stops till the temperature reaches the lower level. So, there is very little we can do about it. If we run it continuously then the fan will get burnt.
Hopfully it's a fuse, if not a fuse then check relay, if not the relay, then check the clutch on the coompressor, while the motor is off, check to see if the AC compressor clutch will turn freely, if not, replace the compressor.
