That means your computer can play lots of media files because it supported multimedia files example audio or video. Unlike your mp3 player has only limited file format supported. for the video issue, I've found that when I'm downloading something from youtube or something like that, if I save it as a .wmv file it will convert it, and for limewire the videos I download are all .avi and those can be converted as well. Hope this helps a bit :D

The Media Converter software will only recognize certain video types for conversion.

To transfer photos and videos to your Sansa player, follow these steps:

3. Click Add Media to select photo or video files to be converted.
4. The Sansa Media Converter will store all converted files in My Album. Click
the Album Name box and type in the name you want.
