I got a code from Netflix for a free month of Netflix and it won't let the code work I don't know if you could givee a new code .

You will need to enter a credit card information first before it will operate.take note of the day you start it and simply cancel your subscription a day before it ends or it will automatically deduct the said 10$ per Month

But, please, read the Terms & Conditions first, as if I remember rightly, they give a month free for new customers, but you will need to provide payment details and if you don't cancel, after the alloted time, they start charging.

Netflix charges the same monthly fee if it you account or a gift. I f you go to their site, you can order a gift code that can be emailed to the person you want to give it to and they just set up their account and enter the code to cover the fees for how much time you paid for.

This sounds like a time to contact Netflix. It is very likely that you entered some information wrong, and they think your information looks like someone else's. Something is wrong, and they probably think you have already had a free trial. I'm told that's the most common reason they won't give someone a free trial.
