The quickest way to do that is to attach the camera with a USB to the computer directly without any card inserted. Then click Start/My Computer and your internal memory folder should appear as an external memory along with C: D: etc.
There may be also a similar way using the software provided by Canon when you bought the camera?. Hope this works.

You don't. The Optio was designed as a camera, storing high-resolution images (and videos) to a memory card, not to stream low-resolution video live to another device.

From your description, I think that the LCD panel has been broken. This can not be repaird. The panel needs to be replaced.

go to download driver in googles and type in name of camera for vista and download it and then install it

click on the green button with the picture of the trash can... i have a pentax optio m50 and it worked for me!

perhaps mazzachris would be interested in unloading his/her E10 LCD to me?  My E10 LCD is cracked.
