The quickest way to do that is to attach the camera with a USB to the computer directly without any card inserted. Then click Start/My Computer and your internal memory folder should appear as an external memory along with C: D: etc. There may be also a similar way using the software provided by Canon when you bought the camera?. Hope this works.
You don't. The Optio was designed as a camera, storing high-resolution images (and videos) to a memory card, not to stream low-resolution video live to another device.
