Re: How do I change from military to 12 hour format on...
Resetting: 1. Remove batteries from both the outdoor transmitter and the Temperature station. 2. Wait at least 30 seconds and then repeat the procedures specified in Setting up (above). Note: Always wait at least 30 seconds after removing the batteries before reinserting, otherwise start up and transmission problems may occur. Also, remember when insertting, that both units have to reset and to always reinsert the batteries to the transmitter first
Instructions

- 1
Insert the batteries into the clock and verify that the clock's display is functioning.
- 2
Set the correct time-zone and Daylight Saving Time (DST) switches. The switches are on the back of the clock. Select EST if you are in Eastern Standard Time, CST if you are in Central Standard Time, MST if you are in Mountain Standard Time, or PST if you are in Pacific Standard Time. The DST selector should be set to "off" or "on" depending on the laws of your state.
- 3
Wait 15 minutes. The clock should synchronize automatically.
- 4
Set the clock manually using the buttons on the back panel if the clock does not catch the radio signal within the first 15 minutes. Push the correct button to advance the month/day/year on the calendar; use the MODE button to set the hour and minute.

The clock should adjust itself within 48 hours to match the atomic signal. Verify that the clock is receiving the signal by checking the front display. You should see the image of a tower with circular lines at its top.
