Be more specific, indicating make and model of your tablet and what do you want to debug so someone maybe might help you about finding those debugging in settings.

I forgot my PIN and unable to access

Hi there, it is very easy to break your pattern lock if you already forget any of your android devices, but there is one condition, it is only possible if you already enabled "usb debugging" option in the "developer mode". if not you can't break your lock,
if you already enabled usb debugging, you can use any pattern lock remover software, it is very easy to do. here is the download link Android Multi Tools v1 02b FAISAL JEE rar ,

in case of mobiles, you want to tap on build number for 7 times to enable Developer Mode, which you can find under "About Device" (last option in settings)

you can learn these method for future if not working at this time,

Thank you.

My keyboard will not work. All connections are correct and tight

From what I've read about that keyboard, you are not the only one with it not working. There is one thing you can check however that might help.

Touch Settings > Storage > three horzontal dots in upper right, it should say USB computer connection.

Then touch Developer Options > USB Debugging and select *Allow*

If these do you no good then it's probably the keyboard itself that went bad.

Debugging mode

Can you specify why are you using debugging mode. If you are trying to do it for development then which IDE are you using. I suggest you post the question in the the corresponding IDE beacause this may be a driver issue you may need to force the IDE to use a different set of drivers.
