there is no way to install windows to the tablet unless you know what your doing with root permissions through the Android Debug Bus (highly risky since any wrong move will lead to the device being software bricked) however in the andoid playstore app you may find what your looking for

You have a tough one Orlanda, as I would normally point you to xda-developers.com to browse the forums for the necessary steps. Even Googling the device brings up little, other than some paid-program that states that it can root your device (oneclickroot.com). Good luck!

Try to reboot in a safemode debug or else (whas the tablet possibly rooted ?then you can made the setting all you will wanted and not only google play and that kind of commercial things only then if its rooted then are there much differend options but are they more difficult) if its possible on your Android and look if its also repeat. in the settings option make unneccesary apps uninstall more then one virusscanner programs for example or uninstall the latest apps that maybe possible switched the setting back its not the tablet itself , maybe sort of security environment like possible Chinese 360 antivirus and that kind of software. that has commercial interests on your phone dissable location of your tablet . and try again. these are just little examples .

your books are on the cloud with amazon, so you need to get a kindle app for your Samsung and then sign in to your account and your books will be available to your samsung.

Go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.

Try the app called Cleanmaster or Avast, they are the best for Androids atm
