What operating system are you using? On Windows 8.1, I right clicked on the window in the lower left corner of the screen, then clicked on Control Panel > Ease of Access Center. When you get there, you should be able to click on Stop Magnifier.

Cookies are normally turned on in your web browser by default. You don't say which web browser you are using. But normally, there is an Options menu section that you can click on. Try opening that menu, and see if you can find an option to turn your cookies back on. Or, google or use duckduckgo.com to look for your web browser name, and type turn on cookies in the search bar.

How do you cover a glass window for privacy?

There are many ways. You can install blinds, curtains, shutters, and drapesto protect your privacy. They could also block out excess sunlight and noise, provide insulation, and add a touch of elegance at the same time.

The problem with these types of window treatments is that they have to be cleaned/washed. You also have to manually open and close them as your needs for privacy and brightness alternate.

A good alternative to traditional window treatments is switchable glass. As the name suggests, switchable glass allows you to control the level of light that comes through your windows. One moment the glass looks transparent, giving you a clear view of the outside world, and then the next, it's opaque, giving you complete privacy and sun protection. Fortunately, you don't need to redo your entire window installation to enjoy the benefits of smart glasses. You can easily purchase and apply smart films from Smart Tint to transform your existing window into a switchable glass.

Fix for the door glass,2009 CHALLENGER. Won't reset to down position when opening door to allow window to break seal. Then move up and seal glass when door is closed. SMart Glass?

This may be as simple as relearning the window stop positions. Perform the following procedure to relearn the windows;

1) Sit in the drivers seat and ensure both doors are fully closed.
2) Turn the key to the ON position but do not start the vehicle.
3) Pull up on the drivers window switch until the window reaches the full up position, then CONTINUE HOLDING THE SWITCH UP for 2-5 seconds, then release the switch.
4) Push down on the drivers window switch until the window fully opens, then CONTINUE HOLDING THE SWITCH DOWN for 2-5 seconds, then release the switch.
5) Repeat steps 1-4 for the passenger window.
6) Close both windows and check the operation of the smart glass.

Need plastic handle on Rival Crockpot lid.

For what it's worth, when the handle on my mother-in-law's crockpot broke, I went to Home Depot and bought a cheap wooden drawer knob (about $1 as I recall). I put a plastic washer between the knob and the glass and another under the screw head from the bottom (to prevent cracking the lid), tightened the screw and good as new.

Need a handle for the lid

I have seen this so many times you'd think rival would improve the handle with a better material...
I used a cover handle from a glass covered sause pan, you can get them at the dollar or thrift store- much better handle anyway.
I do not recommend using a drawer nob with teflon washers and a screw that you can get from the hardware store- the threads of the screw may (will) come in contact with the glass and the glass will break.
use a handle from a glass covered pan you already have or spend the 3 - 8 bucks at a dollar or thrift shop, and throw the pan out. it will be worth it just in less agravation and having a functional tool...
