We have a NEC XEN AXIS phone system in our office and we cannot change our hold music from the Red Rose of Texas tune. Please help!!

The easiest way is to set up a different extn number range for the sites, then in the system settings in the number scheme you programme the system with the ip address of the distant end against the extensions. Obviously you need a VPN between sites but it works really well as we have a number of installations like this

Try dialing the numbers 725 and then hang up...to turn it off..same thing. Ours works this way at work.
